Ok I know some of you have been waiting for a post... so even though I'm tired and want to go to bed... I'll update quickly.
Saturday I went into town Luxembourg, Luxembourg. It was a very nice town... I took the bus from Niederdonven to Luxembourg. When I got on the bus I didn't know how much it cost... I had some euros so I tried to give him this one coin... no... so I held out what I had. He seemed just as confused as I was... so I got to ride the bus for free. Guess it pays to be a little clueless sometimes. So I rode the bus for about 45 minutes and made it to Luxembourg. I actually got off at the right stop! I then proceeded to wander around the city square for many hours. It reminded me on say downtown Chicago a bit... not as big... but with all the shops (Louie Vuitton and such...). Nothing much I could afford. There was an H&M but it looked like ours in America so where's the fun in that? I didn't hear much English in my wanderings so that was weird. I had a Belgium waffle covered in whip cream and chocolate sauce... AMAZING. I also had some pasta... better left to the Italians. It wasn't bad but wasn't anything amazing either. I had fun taking in all the sights and looking around... then it was back to Niederdonven. I got back about 6:15 and had a relaxing evening at the house.
Sunday I got up and went for a run... it is very hilly here so that will take some getting used to. Other than that Sunday was just a laid back sort of day. I read and hung out with the family a bit. I probably shouldn't wait so long to update because I forgot... anyway... nothing of importance really.
Today I helped out with the kids all day with the French speaking nanny... strange how well we communicate without actual language. I'm looking forward to school starting Wednesday that should put more of a rhythm into the weeks and be a little less hectic. Thanks for reading... more tomorrow when I'm not so tired. Oh and pics tomorrow as well. Which by the time I get around to it will probably still be in the middle of the night there...

Oh my goodness...loving every post! I laugh out loud. I haven't filled Audrey in on the toilet button...can't wait for that comment.
MMMMMMMMMMMMM.....waffles with whipped cream and chocolate. Chloe wanted to me to tell you she got 100% on her very hard spelling test. She had words like classification, claustrophobia, scorpion, dreadnaught (yes it's a word and I looked it up before sending a note to the teacher), bleachers, blemish, etc.
I enjoyed the bit about the pasta being left to the Italians...(I just realized I said "bit" like Roy would...his British terms haver rubbed off on me haha) I meant to tell you when we skyped that he would appreciate your new understanding of the terms because he had to learn all the American versions of those words when he came to the US. The posts were great. Keep em coming!
